The loyalty program
By making a purchase in the store, you accumulate points: €1 spent = 5 loyalty points earned.
Loyalty points are then converted into a discount on your next order: 100 loyalty points = €1 discount
The use of points is limited to 2000 per order, for a minimum order of €60.
The sponsorship program
You can send your loved ones a referral link that allows you to both be rewarded when they place their first order on the store.
For the sponsored person: €4 immediate discount on their first order of a minimum amount of €15
For you: for each successful sponsorship, €4 discount valid on your next order of a minimum amount of €15.
Referral bonuses cannot be combined and cannot be stacked.
How to activate the loyalty program?
Click on the “Rewards” button at the bottom right of the screen.
Then click on the “I register” button to become a member of the loyalty program.
Once your account is created and your email address verified (you will receive an email with a link to validate your address), your loyalty and sponsorship account is active.
How to send a referral link?
Once your account is active, click on the "Rewards" button at the bottom right of the screen, allowing you to copy/paste your referral link. All you have to do then is send this link to the people you wish to refer.
Are returns accepted?
You have chosen the wrong size, you are not convinced (even if it is very rare, it can happen), you can return the items within 14 days of receipt! Please note, returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn (except for trying on), and unwashed.
A return label will be sent to you free of charge after your return request via your personal profile.
Go to your personal space (just log in with your email) to access the return procedure.

How to place an order on akinom.com
To enjoy wearing Akinom, simply add products to your cart. To do this, you must choose your size. Once your cart is complete, you will need to create a customer account by indicating your email address and completing the requested information or entering your login details. You can then enter your delivery and billing address, choose the delivery method and choose your payment method.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Be careful, the email can sometimes end up in your junk mail!
Where is my order?
After validating your order, a tracking email is sent to you by the delivery service you have selected. You can also find this information in your Akinom personal space.
I made a mistake in the address, size model when ordering, what can I do?
Please note that your order, once validated, is processed and sent immediately to our logistician who does not have the possibility to modify it. It is therefore not possible for us to modify your order, in terms of the address or the products, once it has been placed.
For a size or product error, you can request a return, free of charge (for France and most of the European Union) once it has been received, from your customer account.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.
What should I do if a product is missing from my order?
Behind every preparation there is a human, sometimes it can happen that he makes a mistake and we are sincerely sorry. In order to be able to check with our logistician, please send us an email to hello@akinom.com and tell us which product is missing or wrong. We will take care of rectifying it!

What should I do if my promo code doesn't work?
To start, make sure you are logged in. In fact, to use your promo code or credit, you must be logged in to your account. What are the delivery costs and times?
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday inclusive are prepared the following Monday. This is excluding the holiday season and excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the correct delivery of your package.
For mainland France: delivery to a relay point is charged at €4 for all orders under €60 including tax, home deliveries with signature are charged at €7 regardless of the amount of the order.
For foreign countries served: deliveries are only to homes with signature at a cost of €10.
Free delivery in mainland France from 60€ of purchase by colissimo to a relay point.
From 8/12 to 25/12, these deadlines are no longer guaranteed due to high activity.

Your order appears as a "payment error" on our site.
Your order has therefore not been registered and you have not been charged.

Please note that as soon as you confirm your order, it is sent to our logistician, who can no longer cancel it, because it is often already being prepared! Upon receipt, you can make a return and be reimbursed as mentioned in the general conditions of sale.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Portugal in workshops on a human scale. Manufacturing includes the production of the raw material but also assembly and packaging. At Akinom, we wanted to favor a short circuit between the different manufacturing players to limit our impact on this key moment in the product's life.
What is the difference between ESSENTIEL and BASICOLOR?
ESSENTIEL boxers and briefs have a waistband with exposed elastic, while the BASICOLOR waistband is covered with the same mesh as the rest of the underwear. The cut and Front Nest system are the same. However, the ESSENTIEL waistband, which is not covered, will have slightly greater elasticity than the BASICOLOR waistband.
How do the products fit?
Generally at Akinom, sizes are adjusted, if you hesitate between two sizes, we advise you to take the larger size. Our size guide can serve as an indicator, if doubt persists, contact us hello@akinom.com.
Our underwear is all available from S to 3XL, some from XS to 5XL, however, some sizes may occasionally be out of stock while waiting for restocking.
