To enjoy wearing Akinom, simply add products to your cart. To do this, you must select your size. Once your cart is complete, you will need to create a customer account by providing your email address and completing the requested information or entering your login details. You will then be able to enter your shipping and billing address, select your shipping method, and choose your payment method.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Be careful, the email may sometimes end up in your spam folder!

After confirming your order, a tracking email will be sent to you by the delivery service you selected. You can also find this information in your Akinom personal space.

Please note that as soon as you confirm your order, it is sent to our logistics provider, who can no longer cancel it, as it is often already being prepared!
Upon receipt, you can return it and be reimbursed as mentioned in the general conditions of sale.

Please note that once your order has been confirmed, it is processed and sent immediately to our logistics provider, who cannot modify it. Therefore, we are unable to modify your order, in terms of address or products, once it has been placed.

For a size or product error, you can request a return, free of charge (for France and most of the European Union) once it has been received, from your customer account.

Behind every preparation there is a human, sometimes it can happen that they make a mistake and we are sincerely sorry. In order to check with our logistics provider, please send us an email to hello@akinom.com and tell us which product is missing or incorrect. We will take care of rectifying it!

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed Friday through Sunday inclusive are prepared the following Monday. This excludes the holiday season, weekends, and public holidays.

You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number for your order to keep you informed of the correct delivery of your package.

For mainland France: delivery to a relay point is charged €4 for all orders under €80 including tax, home deliveries with signature are charged €7 regardless of the amount of the order

For foreign countries served: deliveries are only to homes with signature at a cost of €10.

You have chosen the wrong size, you are not convinced (even if it is very rare, it can happen), you can return the items within 14 days of receipt! Please note, returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn (except for trying on), and unwashed.
