I have lost or want to reset my password, what should I do?

You have lost it or simply want to reset it, simply go to our website www.akinom.com then click on the "My Account" tab at the top right, then go to "I forgot my password", which will start the password change procedure.

How to create an Akinom account?

To create an AKINOM account, simply go to our website www.akinom.com then click on the "My Account" tab at the top right.


You will be asked to create an account by entering your email address and a password.

How to place an order on akinom.com

To enjoy wearing Akinom, simply add products to your cart. To do this, you must choose your size. Once your cart is complete, you will need to create a customer account by indicating your email address and completing the requested information or entering your login details. You can then enter your delivery and billing address, choose the delivery method and choose your payment method.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Be careful, the email can sometimes end up in your junk mail!

Where is my order?

After validating your order, a tracking email is sent to you by the delivery service you have selected. You can also find this information in your Akinom personal space.

I made a mistake in the address, size model when ordering, what can I do?

Please note that your order, once validated, is processed and sent immediately to our logistician who does not have the possibility to modify it. It is therefore not possible for us to modify your order, in terms of the address or the products, once it has been placed.

For a size or product error, you can request a return, free of charge (for France and most of the European Union) once it has been received, from your customer account.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.

What should I do if a product is missing from my order?

Behind every preparation there is a human, sometimes it can happen that he makes a mistake and we are sincerely sorry. In order to be able to check with our logistician, please send us an email to hello@akinom.com and tell us which product is missing or wrong. We will take care of rectifying it!

How can I get an invoice?

Invoices can be downloaded from our website, in your personal space. In addition, the invoice for your order was sent to you as an attachment to your order confirmation email.

What should I do if my promo code doesn't work?

To start, make sure you are logged in. In fact, to use your promo code or credit, you must be logged in to your account. Then, try to enter it in the advantage code section of your shopping cart page. Normally, you should see your discount appear as soon as you add an item. If it still doesn't work, contact us with this address hello@akinom.com

What are the delivery costs and times?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding holiday periods and weekends and public holidays)

Your package is shipped the day after the order before 12 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, order preparation can take up to 48/72 hours.

You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the correct delivery of your package.

Free delivery in mainland France from 60€ of purchase.

Delivery to a collection point via Colissimo, in 4/5 working days (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica): €4 incl. VAT, free for purchases over €60. From 8/12 to 25/12, these delivery times are no longer guaranteed due to high activity.

What are the payment methods for settling my order?

Akinom offers you different secure payment methods to pay for your order:

- Payment by bank card (CB, Visa, Master Card)

- Payment by Paypal

My order is in payment error, why?

Your order appears as a "payment error" on our site.

Your order has therefore not been registered and you have not been charged.

This is due to a problem with the payment method you are using to pay for your order.

  • The card numbers were entered incorrectly
  • the card validity has expired
  • A payment limit has been reached on your account
  • The code received from your bank has expired
  • your bank refuses or suspects a fraudulent payment

Unfortunately, we can only invite you to try with another payment method, or another bank card, or contact your banking institution to see what is blocking it.

I wish to cancel my order

Please note that as soon as you confirm your order, it is sent to our logistician, who can no longer cancel it, because it is often already being prepared!
Upon receipt, you can make a return and be reimbursed as mentioned in the general conditions of sale.

Where can I find my invoice?

To find your invoice, simply log in to your personal space, then go to "my orders", click on "see details" and finally "download my invoice".

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Portugal in workshops on a human scale. Manufacturing includes the production of the raw material but also assembly and packaging. At Akinom, we wanted to favor a short circuit between the different manufacturing players to limit our impact on this key moment in the product's life.

How do the products fit?

Generally at Akinom, sizes are adjusted, if you hesitate between two sizes, we advise you to take the larger size. Our size guide can serve as an indicator, if doubt persists, contact us hello@akinom.com.

Our underwear is all available from S to 3XL, however, some sizes may occasionally be out of stock while waiting for restocking.

Our socks are available from 39 to 46

What is the difference between boxers and briefs?
