i've lost my password or i'd like to reset it, what do i do?

If you've lost your password or simply want to reset it, simply go to our website www.akinom.com and click on the ‘My Account’ tab in the top right-hand corner, then go to ‘I've forgotten my password’, which will start the password change procedure.

How do I create an Akinom account?

To create an AKINOM account, simply go to our website www.akinom.com and click on the ‘My Account’ tab in the top right-hand corner.


You will be asked to create an account by entering your email address and a password.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

How to place an order on akinom.com

To enjoy wearing Akinom, simply add products to your basket. To do this you need to choose your size. Once you have completed your basket, you will need to create a customer account by entering your email address and completing the requested information or entering your login details. You will then be able to enter your delivery and billing address, choose the delivery method and select your payment method.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Be careful, the e-mail may sometimes slip into your spam folder!

What's happening with my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, a tracking email will be sent to you by the delivery service you have selected. You can also find this information in your personal Akinom space.

I gave the wrong address or size when I placed my order. What can I do?

Please note that once your order has been validated, it is processed and sent immediately to our logistician, who cannot modify it. It is therefore not possible for us to change your order, either the address or the products, once it has been placed.

In the event of a size or product error, you can request a return, free of charge (for France and most of the European Union) once your order has been received, from your customer account.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

What should I do if my order is missing a product?

Behind every preparation there is a human being, and sometimes it can happen that he makes a mistake, for which we are sincerely sorry. So that we can check with our logistician, please send us an email to hello@akinom.com and tell us which product is missing or incorrect. We'll take care of rectifying the problem!

How can I get an invoice?

Invoices can be downloaded from our website, in your personal space. In addition, the invoice for your order has been sent to you as an attachment to your order confirmation email.

What do I do if my promotional code doesn't work?

First of all, check that you are logged in. To use your promotional code or credit, you must be logged in to your account. Then try entering it in the advantage code section of your shopping basket page. Normally you should see your discount appear as soon as you add an item. If it still doesn't work, contact us at hello@akinom.com

What are the delivery costs and times?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of your order (excluding the Christmas and New Year period, weekends and public holidays).

Your parcel is dispatched the day after you place your order before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, it may take up to 48/72 hours to prepare your order.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched and you will receive your order tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your parcel.

Free delivery in mainland France for orders over €60.

Delivery to a Colissimo collection point within 4/5 working days (mainland France excluding Corsica): €4 incl. VAT, free for orders over €60. From 8/12 to 25/12, these times are no longer guaranteed due to high activity.

Free delivery in Austria, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal for orders over €120.

Delivery to Colissimo collection points in 4/5 working days (mainland France excluding Corsica): €4 incl. VAT, free for purchases over €60. From 8/12 to 25/12, these times are no longer guaranteed due to high activity.

How can I pay for my order?

Akinom offers various secure payment methods to pay for your order:

- Payment by credit card (CB, Visa, Master Card)

- Payment by Paypal

Why is my order in payment error?

Your order appears as a ‘payment error’ on our site.

Your order has not been registered and you have not been debited.

This is due to a problem with the payment method you used to pay for your order

  • the card numbers have been entered incorrectly
  • the validity of the card has expired
  • A payment limit has been reached on your account
  • The code received by your bank has expired
  • your bank refuses or suspects a fraudulent payment

Unfortunately, we can only invite you to try another means of payment, or another bank card, or contact your bank to find out what is blocking the transaction.

I wish to cancel my order

Please note that as soon as you confirm your order, it is sent to our logistician, who cannot cancel it as it is often already in preparation!

As soon as we receive your order, you can return it and be reimbursed, as stated in the general terms and conditions of sale.

Where can I find my invoice?

To find your invoice, simply log on to your personal space, then go to ‘my orders’, click on ‘view details’ and finally ‘download my invoice’.

PRODUCTS AND SIZES

Where are the products made?

Our products are made in Portugal in small workshops. Manufacturing includes the production of the raw materials as well as assembly and packaging. At Akinom, we have chosen to favour a short circuit between the various players in the manufacturing process to limit our impact on this key stage in the life of the product.

How are the products cut?

At Akinom, sizes are generally adjusted, so if you are hesitating between two sizes, we advise you to take the larger size. Our size guide can be used as a guide, but if in doubt, contact us at hello@akinom.com.

Our underwear is available in sizes S to 3XL, although some sizes may be out of stock from time to time.

Our socks are available in sizes 39 to 46.

What's the difference between boxer shorts and briefs?

How do I choose my men's underwear?

You have the right to change your mind if you end up thinking that short boxer shorts would be better. You've made your choice and it's time to pay? It's best to test before buying in quantity, even if some brands offer flexible payment methods and a few days to change.

How do I know my men's underwear size?

It's important to know your underwear size, but sizes vary from brand to brand and sometimes even from model to model. It's best to always consult the size guide provided by the brands. So before you pay, measure your waist with a tape measure!
